CONTACT US Your hosts at Sand Creek Bed & Breakfast are Josh & Coral Sand. Built in 1917, this house was referred by the local media as the “Marchiando Mansion” after the family who built it. We have lived here since 1982 and have enjoyed remodeling it room by room during that time. We also own and operate Sand Creek Printing in Spearfish and look forward to sharing our home with you.

• A check or credit card is required to confirm your reservation, however we only accept cash or personal checks for payment of the room. We are subject to state and local taxes and, therefore, must add them to our rates. • A one week cancellation notice is required and applies to all nights reserved. • Check in time is 3-6 p.m. Please call and make alternate arrangements if you’ll be later than 6 p.m. • Check out time is 11:00 a.m. • For your comfort, no pets and no smoking are allowed in the Inn. Smoking is allowed outside.
