"The Original Guest Bedroom"

This is the largest of the three upstairs guest rooms. It has two queen
size beds, an in-room sink, and a TV. This room has private use of the full
bathroom upstairs.

Rates for this room are as follows:

2 persons, 1 bed	$90.-
2 persons, 2 beds	$95.-
3 persons	$105.-
4 persons	$115.-

"Kirby's Room"

This room has:

- Queen size bed

- Flat screen TV

- Private 3/4 bath.

"Kirby's Room" is available for $85.00 per night.

"Jenny's Room"

This room has:

- Queen size bed

- Flat screen TV

- Private 3/4 bath.

"Jenny's Room" is available for $85.00 per night.

"Summer House"

The “Summer House” is located away from the main house. Very small and very
cozy, it has a day bed with a trundle that can be made into 2 twins, or a
king.

There is also a small refrigerator and wall air conditioner.

There is no inside plumbing or running water. Full bathroon facilities are not available with this room, although there is a half bath inside the main house, about 75 yards away. (If you’re the adventurous type, the outhouse is even closer!)

The nightly rate is $75.00.

"Master Bedroom "

The only room on the ground floor, this bedroom has a king size bed and TV.

The private master bathroom has a large shower and a separate whirlpool tub.

The nightly rate is $125.00. (2-night minimum).
